DUNDEE
CAKE
The recipe
for this luxurious cake originated in Dundee,
the home of marmalade and jam. The recipe
evolved using mixed peel from the marmalade-making.
It contains
the best quality vine fruits and cherries
and, as tradition dictates, the top is decorated
with whole almonds.
