The shortbread is made in fingers, biscuits (or rounds) and petticoat tails.
These are a delicious sweet, tea-time biscuit made with the best Scottish Oats.
They are available as:
- Plain Sweet Oaties
- Sweet Oaties with Chocolate Chips
The recipe for this luxurious cake originated in Dundee, the home of marmalade and jam. The recipe evolved using mixed peel from the marmalade-making.
It contains the best quality vine fruits and cherries and, as tradition dictates, the top is decorated with whole almonds.
